Why don't you ship?
For me the joy of selling is meeting my customers and seeing how much they appreciate what I make. This is really a hobby that has gotten a little out of control, rather than a business. And shipping takes too much time away from what I really want to be doing, which is making things.
I do go to Portland, ME and Worcester, MA on a regular basis, so if you are not in a hurry, I might be able to deliver to you there.
How can I arrange to see everything?
I am happy to show my goods at my home "shop", by appointment. Use the contact option at the top of the screen to get in touch and arrange a time.
Also, check the Events page for upcoming craft fairs and pop-up sales. If you would like to be notified of upcoming events, please contact me and ask to be added to my mailing list.
Why is "shop" in quotations?
It's not really a shop, it's just my breezway, and I bring down all my inventory at the arranged time.
Where is your home?
Peterborough, NH
If I come to your home "shop", will I be expected to buy something?
Absolutely not. I get a lot of joy just from showing my goods to people, whether they buy them or not. If you like what you see, but don't need anything, I hope you will at least tell your friends about me.
Can I come with a friend or two?
The more, the merrier.
Are items returnable?
I'm sorry, but all sales are final. However, in-person exchanges can be made for the same item in a different color or fabric.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! If you don't see exactly what you want, please ask.
How should linen be cared for?
All linen can be machine washed and dried. Remove from the dryer promptly to minimize wrinkles. FYI, everything I sell has been pre-shrunk, so there is no danger of shrinkage.
